  • If you face any obstacles during the onboarding process, our support team is available to provide assistance. Contact us through the in-app help feature or by sending an email detailing the issue. 

Email Invitations Not Received:

  • In the event that you do not receive an expected email invitation, please first check your spam or junk folder. If the invitation is not found, reach out to our support team with the specifics of the invitation you're missing. We'll promptly address the matter by re-sending the invitation.

Email Delivery Complications:

  • If you're experiencing email delivery issues, such as not receiving notifications or updates, please verify that your email address on file is accurate. If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
