Our team didn't create Myne in a vacuum. Through many years of working in the social sector in the US and the UK, our team has been providing direct services to people like your clients, including homeless communities, eldercare, afterschool programming, and family services.
We know that for many reasons including availability, comfort level and inequitable access to resources, that having a mobile phone, keeping the number, having internet access, and use of technology can all be barriers to your clients.
We have found that most often, our clients either have an email address that doesn't change (even if it isn't used often) which is why we used this as the basis for identifying our users. We also can add a phone number to an account, knowing that most people have one or another.
We are always trying to find ways to make our tool as accessible and easy for the people you serve, as well maintaining a high degree of security around their data.
